Good appointments start with clarity. Please review these guidelines before your visit.
Deposits & Payments
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due after your service. Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and card are accepted.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may result in a lost deposit or a cancellation fee.
Hair Preparation
Arrive with clean, dry, fully detangled hair unless washing is included. Additional fees may apply for detangling or hair preparation.
Hot water & tools
Remain perfectly still during the hot-water dipping process to avoid burns. Avoid sudden movements while your stylist is using scissors, needles, or thermal tools.
